Growth Marketing Manager (9 months contract)

The role

This is a great opportunity to work alongside our fast-growing team in Spain, taking care of key customer acquisition channels and working with a group of highly talented and enthusiastic people.


You’ll be responsible for developing the strategy and executing customer acquisition campaigns across the main digital channels. We’re looking for an analytical mindset who is able to convert data into actionable insights. Someone who is passionate about digital marketing and enjoys optimizing and automating campaigns.


We’re hiring for a maternity leave cover, looking for someone who stays with us for 9 months, ideally starting mid-July.

What you’ll do:

  • Creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Audit PPC campaigns to identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Identify new opportunities for user acquisition and implement the campaigns.
  • Work closely with the content team to escalate SEO.
  • Optimize the user acquisition funnel by designing data-driven tests on messaging and landing page experiences.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.


What we expect from you

  • 3-5 years of experience using PPC channels for user acquisition. Experience running campaigns on Google Ads is a must.
  • Experience running CRO experiments that translate into top-converting user journeys
  • Experience working with marketing analytics and attribution tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Brownie points: experience with SEO or other digital channels.
